Job Title: Land/Truck Freight Sales Representative

Sales
-To ensure that to meet with the set sales targets and new customers onboarded.
– Identifying and prospecting potential customers in the UAE market, including importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors, and other businesses with logistics needs.
– Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
– Preparing a business plan that aligns with the company’s services and activities. – Conducting comprehensive assessments of customer requirements,
– understanding their supply chain challenges and proposing customized solutions to meet their needs.
Customer Relationships
– Developing and presenting compelling sales proposals, including pricing quotations, service offerings, and value propositions, to secure new business opportunities.
– Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, issues, and service enhancements with excellent communication.
– Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts with clients to secure profitable business deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting
– Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the transportation sector, leveraging insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.
– Attending industry events, expos, trade shows, and networking forums to promote company services, expand professional networks, and generate leads.
– Providing regular sales forecasts, weekly sales reports, and updates to management, highlighting progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement or growth.
– Delivering presentations and sales pitches to clients.
Internal Communication
– Collaborating closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and coordinators, to ensure smooth execution and delivery of services to clients.
– Assisting Finance department with collections.
– Any other responsibilities will be assigned to you by the management.
